Do customers see an exact price or a range?+
A range by default — like "Most jobs like yours fall between $175–$250." You review and confirm before anything is final, and the confirmed price can't exceed the top of the range unless the customer left out or misrepresented details. Owners are protected from surprises, and customers know the ceiling.
How do payments work?+
If you want online deposits, we set up your payment processor (Stripe, Square, etc.) so you're the merchant of record and the money is yours. A 3.5% processing fee applies only when a customer actually pays. Prefer Zelle or cash? Quotemo still captures the lead and reservation — we'll work out a simple booking fee instead.
